Lil' Inker Designs Release Hop {Day 2}

 
Welcome to Day 2 of the new release from Lil' Inker Designs and this month we are celebrating the holidays!!  These new goodies will SURE make it easy to whip up some cards for your loved ones!

Today I'm sharing a new word die:  Joy.  Word dies are so versatile.  Here I've actually die cut the 'Joy' word into the top border of the bottom piece of dotted paper.  Then I die cut a second Joy word and coated it with Martha Stewart Coarse Glitter and then inlaid the die cut word back....kind of like a puzzle.

    What a great idea to cut the die from that bottom piece of patterned paper...I had to zoom in to check out all the detail! Very cute idea Amy and great stitching too!

    The coarse glitter on 'joy' looks terrific - a nice way to add some postage-friendly texture and dimension, right? Such a pretty script too... lovely card Amy!

    Love the polka dots! What really caught my eye was that little detail of how you had cut out the patterned paper for the "o" & "y" in the joy die.
