Well, I've been MIA since the big kickoff Blog Hop for the new Lil' Inker DT on Monday. There is still time left to get your comments in.....check out the post HERE. I have been enjoying the last week of summer vacation with my kids.......we've had lots of fun in the sun and some relaxation time too! We had such a great time with friends at Schlitterbahn but came home a little sunburned. So thankful that after the heat wave the MidWest has had that the weather cooperated for our swimming this week. (it's now been MUCH cooler and dare do I say chilly?) Yesterday it rained several times and I can start to see some green showing back up in our grass!
Alright, enough about the weather........you are here for the latest Wee Memories Scrappy Saturday Challenge right? Well, today happens to be the first challenge of the month and we kick that off with a Blog Hop at Wee Memories! You should have arrived here by the way of THE Jenny Suchin.....the first stop of the Blog Hop.
Today's challenge is sponsored by Graphic 45. The challenge winner will receive a prize
package from them!
The challenge today is to create a MASCULINE project. I chose to work with several stamp sets from PTI: Grunge Me, BB: Simple Circles, and BB: Rock On. Pair these with the coordinating dies for the sets........a perfect combination. Love coordinating products!
The Simple Circles Border Die is so versatile. I only wanted to use 5 of the circles here so I diecut a strip and then laid my die strip back into the die rotating it as I've done in the photo below. Makes a perfect shorter circle die cut strip! (I know I could have just cut the circle myself but I love the clean cut edge of the die.)
My card was made using the sketch over at CAS-ual Fridays for their challenge CFC15 and using the colors over at The Play Date Cafe for their challenge PDCC94.
I hope you will join us for the Wee Memories challenge this week................The next stop on the Blog Hop is Anita. Have a great Saturday!!
{Happy Birthday}

ReplyDeleteI also think it's funny how the music on your blog always scares me. I rarely look at blogs on the Mac - always on my iPhone and there is no music there, so when I come to the actual computer, it scares me...lol.
