I used Will He B the 1 stamp set for this week's card. Such a fun set and can be used with soft color palettes as well as bolder ones!
I have to mention here that my friend, Laurie, has been raving about her Stamp-a-ma-jig so I decided that I **needed** one too. I used it here to line up these sentiments and it worked AWESOME! I now know why I needed one for soo long! I have only used it on these clear stamps so far but I can only imagine how well they will work for those wood/cling stamps! Thanks Laurie for enabling me.....it was a great new tool!
Go check out the rest of the OTWC DT has to offer this week.........remember, the challenge stays up now for 2 weeks so you have more time to participate.

Love all your layers on this Amy...all the elements go perfectly together especially those pearls! Fabulous!
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful card!!
ReplyDeleteThis is so soft and pretty, Amy! I love the collage of element, especially the ticket embellished with pearls.
ReplyDeleteSo super pretty! I love that grouping of images especially that ticket. So perfect with the sentiment. :)
ReplyDeleteOh I just love these colors - rose, gold and soft green. That touch of black grounds it all so well! Love the pearly ticket peeking out, too :)
ReplyDeleteWill keep you posted with news - as of today's ultrasound, BOTH of those little buggers had slipped around again. I don't know how they're finding any room to move...
This is just beautiful! I love what you did with the colors this week, and your sweet comments over on my blog bring me a happy smile. I love seeing your work with Kim's colors!
ReplyDeleteOne of you will have to show me the stamp-a-ma-jig BEFORE we go shopping on Friday so I can see if I need one too! LOL!! This card is really cute! I really like that leaf on there! :)
ReplyDeleteThis is beautiful Miss Amy, love the pretty heart with the ticket tucked behind it, and the lovely, soft colors!
ReplyDeleteStamp a ma jigs for sure are a great invention. Your card is so beautiful, my favorite over at OTWC.
ReplyDeleteHello Amy! LIfe has been very, very chaotic and I miss your blog. :) I am glad you are now the proud owner of the Stampamajig; it is one of my essential go-to tools, especially for rubber stamps. Hope you get some good bonding time with it!
ReplyDeleteI just love that little ticket sticking out of the heart, and how you put the pearls on it, how cute! The colors are so soft.
ReplyDeleteI tried the stamp-a-ma-jig once at a shoebox swap and didn't love it, but then again the lady showing me was a terrible teacher, so maybe I just didn't get it right ;)
YEAH!!! So happy! I knew you would love it! (Ditto from what I just said to you on Im!) LOL! Your card is gorgeous! Love that shimmery flower! So pretty!
ReplyDeleteI love your placement of the ticket under the heart! This is so elegant and I love that flower! Just beautiful as always!
ReplyDeleteThe Stamp-A-Ma-Jig is the only thing that keeps my "stamping sanity" sometimes! :) I am notorious for stamping crooked and that little gem is a life-saver! Awesome card with a great mix of colors and accents, as always!
ReplyDeleteLove the shabby chic look of this card. I guess I'm going to have to try using my stamp-a-ma-jig with clear stamps now. Your sentiment is perfectly placed.
ReplyDeleteOooh, so pretty. I really like the soft, aged feel to this one Amy. Glad yo like your stamp-a-ma-jig...I've had mine for almost 6 years and really only use it for wood mounted stamps...but it does come in handy!
ReplyDeleteI can't believe you've been stamping so successfully without a Stamp-a-ma-jig! I can't live without mine! I love the shabbiness of this card...lovely!
