It's time for a FABULOUS cardmaking kit from Taylored Expressions!

Hey, lady! is a kit filled with lots of ladybugs and blooms including stencils!

For my first card, I went clean and simple with layers (my favorite!) using Pink Champagne Cardstock and the Petite Scallop Rectangle Stacklets along with A2 Layer Stacklets.  After assembling lots of blooms, they were adhered randomly over the inner layer of cardstock.  The stamped and die cut ladybugs were added along with sentiment strips that were white heat embossed onto Oreo Cardstock.

My second card uses the stenciled ladybug panel along with the Stitched Frame Stacklets 3 which was layered several times for dimension against the background.

The dotted lines were stamped inside the circular frame and some black gems added along with some added die cut flowers.

Avery Elle / Shaggy Dog

Hello!

I am here sharing a "congrats" card with you using the Shaggy Dog stamp set and other supplies from Avery Elle.

Shaggy Dog was Copic colored and die cut along with the confetti image in multiples.  Shaggy Dog was layered over a bold black Oval Burst Elle-ments along with a layered sentiment from Little Card Big Wishes.  The colored confetti was added along with drops of glitter glue.  White pigment ink details were added as accents.  The "Congrats" sentiment, from Little Card Big Wishes, was die cut and added to the inside panel to finish the card.

Taylored Expressions / Shades of Summer Release

Wahoo!!

Shades of Summer Release is here from Taylored ExpressionsTaylored Expressions!

There are some amazing new colors for summer releasing today.....Concord Grape, Rock Candy, and Pear!!

I created a pocket of rich, gorgeous florals using the Pocketful Die and Garden Variety 2 and the new colors of cardstock.  Each was die cut and layered for dimension and glitter glue was added to the florals and greenery.  The pocket was layered over a crisp white layered background using the Pierced Grid Cutting Plate and the Petite Scallop Rectangle Stacklets.

This card exclusively uses the new colors of ink and cardstock.  I've used the Artistic Branch and Stencil Combo with the coordinating dies to cut them out and add dimension behind the sentiment.

Welcome to the Summer Release from Taylored Expressions!

How about some new gnomes!  Beach Bum and Beach Babe are SO much fun to adorn with their shells and accessories!

This beach background was created by stamping the new Sandy Shores 6x6 Background stamp.  I added white splatter and some Copic "sand".  Let's talk about this adorable Hawaiian shirt and flippers for the Beach Bum!!  I pieced the hibiscus flowers back into the shirt----such a fun detail!  Added some Clear Drip Drops and a sentiment from Shine So Bright.

Next up is the Fluttering Friends 3D Embossing Folder and Stencil.  

I went with some light pastels which the color combination (Peaches and Cream, Bubble Gum, and Macaroon) is something new for me!  All ink was blended with a light hand.  The panel was trimmed down to fit into the A2 Postage Stamp Stacklets.  Finished the card with a sentiment from Shine So Bright.

Avery Elle / Timeless

Hello!

I am here today with a VERSATILE and FUN set called Timeless from Avery Elle. 

The hourglass focal point was die cut from dark grey cardstock and layered together for dimension.  The sand image is stamped first in a light grey ink and second in a darker grey ink at the edges.  To the top and bottom of the sand, a fine line of glitter glue was added.  

The hourglass was added to a notecard with foam adhesive to the Oval Burst Frame (retired) and was backed with grey striped paper from Avery Elle (retired).  I added some die cut stars and scattered them and added glitter glue.  Lastly, the banner was stamped with "enjoy your retirement" and the edges blended with grey ink.

Taylored Expressions / Patriotic Release

Summer is in full swing!  Next thing we know it will be the 4th of July!
The Patriotic Release from Taylored Expressions is amazing and full of things to make your holiday sparkle!

First up, is the Americana 6x6 background.  This background is a "split" background that was stamped in Blueberry and Cherry Pop inks.  Over the top, the Sugar Cube ink pad was swiped over the top to distress the card.  

I created a shaker card using the Star Stacklets cut into the stamped panel and popped up with foam stripes.  I added the Bits & Pieces - Patriotic to the shaker card.  Each layer of the card has stitching using the Frame in Frame 3 and Diagonal Stitch Rectangle Stacklets.  The sentiment was stamped in Blueberry ink using the Americana Expressions stamp set.

Next up--the VERY popular Gus & Gertie - 4th of July Stamp & Die Combo.  This was a free gift with purchase last year.

I've paired it with the Foil It Panel--Americana with Cherry Pop and Sparkle Stars in Blue Fun Foil.  The panel was die cut using the A2 Postage Stamp Stacklets.  Gus and Gertie were Copic colored and die cut.  They were added to the panel with foam adhesive along with stars from Hang On Stars.

Avery Elle / Fruit Greetings and Tags

Hello!

I am here today with a fun card using the Fruit Greetings and Tags set that was recently released from Avery Elle!

I stamped, die cut, and ink blended the lemon using blender brushes but adding details with Copics.  

The lemon was layered over a graphic stamped background using the same image and again ink blending with a light layer of yellow ink.  Added in a frame from Scalloped Burst Elle-ments and as a final touch spritzing the entire card with shimmer spritz.
