Reverse Confetti / April Blog Hop

Blog Hop

Welcome to the Reverse Confetti April Blog Hop!  .

Make sure to check out the Reverse Confetti blog for all the details of this hop and for a full list of inspiration and information!  We are celebrating moms, dads, and grads this month!

You never know when those graduation annoucements start coming in so I thought I'd create a graduation card.  Using the Congrats Square Panel Confetti Cuts, I cut just the sentiment out of the frame and layered it over some pattern papers from Pattern PlayTo finish, I added a stamped and die cut butterfly from Butterfly Dreams and some sparkling crystals.

Since Mother's Day is fast approaching, I made a card for my mother-in-law.  Again using pattern papers from Pattern Play, I die cut the edges with the Edgers Confetti Cuts.  For the focal point, I layered one image from Tall Blooms onto die cuts from Flowers for Mom.

Adorable cards! The black on the graduation card makes everything pop, and I love the butterfly you added in, too. So perfect for the theme. And your mom card is so bright and happy and fun. Love all the layers!

I love your use of the patterned papers. I think it's always a fun look and a great starting point for cards. The sentiment on the butterfly works perfectly for the graduation card!
