Today I’m excited to be designing with the New Paper Smooches die set, Foilage 1 Dies. Even better is that I am amongst some of the most talented ladies for the entire month of July!!! Thank you Kim for having me this month!
*********************************************
I pulled out my Kuretake Gansai Tambi watercolors to create this greenish/mint watercolored background. Using the Quote Tag Dies, I diecut a tag and then diecut the leaf die from Foilage 1 Dies out of the tag. This way the watercolor shows through. Onto my tag, I added a few droplets of color that matches my background....just to soften the white tag.
On a scrap piece of watercolor paper, I watercolored with a light aqua and then diecut the word die, Hello, from Hello Word Dies. I also diecut a second "hello" out of dark gray cardstock and backed it to the aqua "hello" for a shadow effect. The sentiment was added to a strip of vellum that was cut at an angle. Dark gray twine and some Peridot Sequins (Pretty Pink Posh) were added as last details!
That's all for day but be sure to keep following me in July as I will be posting more Paper Smooches!!! Thanks so much for sharing a part of your day with me!
