This inspiration photo is just gorgeous! I tried to capture the colors and the shine with my watercolor background and the sparkling clear sequins. I used The Big, The Bold, and Seasons from Winnie & Walter. I started by white heat embossing the snowflakes and sentiment onto Tim Holtz watercolor paper and then I dragged my paper through some Distress Inks that had been spritzed with water. I allowed the panel to dry then a small sentiment and sparkling clear sequins were added.
